A project of research,
experimentation and
creation

The project is based around four residencies in four areas of France and Italy, during which a regular team of artists from the Héliotropion company and Lelastiko (choreographers, musicians, video artists) will come together for a period of research and experimentation (with moments of immersion of the body in nature, energetic and somatic practices, times for reflection and exchange).
The process developed from this work will then be shared with a group of participants (of various ages and backgrounds).
It will serve as a starting point for further reflection on how we can work together to imagine other forms of participative creation.
Invited experts (landscape architects, sociologists, scientists, etc.) will also be bringing in other perspectives and knowledge to feed the work of reflection and creation.
Each residency will end with a day open to the general public to showcase the work carried out: performances, immersive and sensorial nature trails, participatory actions, debates, meetings and exchanges with the public.
At the same time, a collection of testimonies from the inhabitants of each area will be used to produce a film report on the theme of ‘our links with nature’.
